REVIEW YOUR SESSION

How to compare your attempts with SightPRESS

Keeping several attempts in one video makes a session easier to revisit and share. SightPRESS can combine up to three attempts, played in the order you choose.

Consistent framing, clear context and up to three ordered attempts for easier review.

Record under similar conditions

To look for differences, try to keep the camera in the same position with similar framing. Changing the angle or distance can make paths look different even when the movement is similar. Keep the context of each attempt.

Choose up to three attempts

Select the videos you want to combine. Put them in chronological order or arrange them around a question for your coach. The compilation plays them in sequence; it does not overlay the paths or synchronize the movements.

Add weight when it gives useful context

Weight is optional. If you include it, check that it matches the selected attempt. Seeing it in the result helps you remember what you lifted, but does not turn the trace into an automatic technique assessment.

Review each attempt before drawing conclusions

Look at the trace alongside the original video. Account for hidden plates or camera movement when comparing. Do not treat a visual difference as an improvement or decline without reviewing the context.

Download and share the MP4

Save the compilation and send it to your coach with a specific question. Creating it requires active access or enough uses: when using credits, one is consumed per analyzed attempt. The free trial covers a single attempt.
